Dr. Wing Fa Oliver Chan is the founder of Oliverland Consulting, with more than 25 years of experience in the footwear industry, including footwear development, sourcing, international business and consulting.
Her work in Footwear Fit Management is also informed by doctoral research focused on footwear fit, occupational footwear and the relationship between footwear decisions and user experience.
This combination of practical industry experience and research underpins Oliverland Consulting’s work across organisations, the footwear industry and individuals.
