Oliverland Consulting is an independent consulting practice specialising in professional footwear fit, procurement policy, and injury prevention.

The mission of Oliverland Consulting is to support public and private organisations in improving footwear fitting standards in order to reduce avoidable injuries, enhance operational performance, and strengthen evidence-based decision-making.

Founded by Wing Fa (Oliver) CHAN, DBA, Oliverland Consulting builds on more than twenty years of experience in the footwear industry and applied doctoral research in professional and military footwear fitting. The practice focuses on prudent, measurable, and progressive solutions, adapted to organisational constraints and real-world usage.

While particular expertise has been developed in military and other high-demand occupational environments, Oliverland Consulting addresses footwear-related challenges across a wide range of professional contexts where fit, comfort, and safety are critical.
