Working Experience

Footwear Industry Expertise and Innovation
Wing Fa began her career in footwear as a product development assistant, gaining hands-on experience with footwear typologies, construction methods, materials, and quality requirements. She later held a Sales Manager role, working closely with a private footwear atelier on the development of tactical hiking boots and casual sneakers. Although her primary responsibility was sales, she actively contributed to the full product development cycle, from design discussions to material sourcing and sample validation.
Building on this foundation, she later initiated an eco-friendly indoor footwear project for children under the Bgreen brand, using sustainable materials such as bamboo. This project reflects her long-term interest in innovation, sustainability, and user-centred product design.
Over time, her professional focus progressively shifted toward footwear fit, functional performance, and injury prevention, particularly in occupational and military contexts.

Sales and Marketing Skills
In parallel with her technical expertise, Wing Fa has extensive experience in international sales and export strategy within the footwear sector. She has supported companies in expanding into global markets by defining export strategies, identifying market opportunities, and coordinating sales, order management, quality control, and logistics.
Her leadership experience spans cross-functional teams, allowing her to bridge technical footwear knowledge with commercial and organisational decision-making. This dual perspective underpins her current consulting activity, which focuses on helping organisations make better-informed equipment and procurement choices.
