Discuss the footwear-fit questions, employee feedback or other concerns that led you to arrange the conversation.
3 — Identify areas for further attention
Consider which aspects of footwear-fit management may merit further review, such as education, procurement, fitting processes or user feedback.
4 — Discuss possible next steps
Where relevant, we can discuss whether further assessment or support from Oliverland Consulting may be appropriate.

At the end of the Discovery Talk, we will briefly summarise the areas discussed and consider whether any further action may be useful.
